Description

Tis is a water Scoto. Scotos are a race me and Warlord-of-Noodles created. Well i created and we modified. it was origionally one race, but just recentally i branched the one main one into 4 different groups. Water, Moutain, Forest, Desert, and industrialized.....yes i can count but they all started as Forest scotos so HA!!!
